We are happy to cook a dinner for ten friends in your home, to cater a shindig for five hundred at the lake,  or to serve a three-course dinner for one thousand guests at a fundraiser.   

We have done it.   

Our goal is to provide delicious and varying menus, catering to any palate, occasion, and budget -- leaving the hosts without worry and the guests impressed!



We can provide experienced, friendly TABC certified bartenders, all the glassware, mixers, ice and even a frozen drink machine.  We can also help you design signature cocktails and procure the libations needed for your special event.

About Us

Jack & Selena Lewis

Jack was raised by a 'city' mom that loved cooking new things and a 'country' dad whose profession took us around the country.  He has been cooking, catering, and managing in Tyler since 1986 at Cace's Seafood, Jake's Downtown and Rick's on the Square - until January 2015 when he and Selena started Jack's Catering. His Crawfish Stuffed Filet was featured on Food Network, he has won numerous first prizes in national recipe contests, still teaches cooking classes televised on local access, and has had numerous recipes published in local, regional and national media.  

Selena is an artist that was raised in deep East Texas by amazing parents that taught her about self sufficiency and food sustainability.  She is absolutely fabulous at bringing out the best flavors of any cuisine with skill, patience and seasoning.  She has bartended, managed and cooked in Texas, California, North Carolina and Georgia.
